Oasis

This scene takes place in maladh where a battle has arisen between the council members and two traitors; Asim and Niraya who discovered the council's true intentions with the ambrias; magical stones that can connect to a person's core to grant them infinite power, each stone granting them a different one. Their hunger for greed has made a everyone suffer and they had enough of this, planning to escape they hide but little did they know, they knew and they were coming.

"Niraya you have to get up" - Asim

"I don't think so, those ambrias belong to the council so give it back asim and then we can all return to the capital"

"Nira you have to go" - Asim

"what did I just say! Return the ambrias"

and as the council members close in on them, Asim uses the lightning ambria to create a force field for some protection while she walks over to Nira who is wounded and missing an arm.

"Nira?" - Asim

"...I'm alright" - Niraya

while she struggles to get up, Asim rushes to helps her and wraps her arm around her shoulders so that she could heal it with her new power.

"I'm sorry...I tried to cauterize it as best as I could, but..."

"How did this happen, how did they find us?" - Niraya

"I'm... I'm not sure but it won't be long until the rest shows up...and you have to go before that" - Asim

"No!, we go together or not at all" - Niraya

"And Nanai?" - Asim

"We...We'll find our way back to him, he'll be safe until-" - Niraya

when she was stopped mid-sentence by the council members

"circle around! Get the ambrias first. It won't be long, leave no openings"

As they look back at each other and stare into their eyes tearing up, Asim said

"ill find you again, in this life or the next"

and then they lock lips for maybe the last time ever.

"It's time to go, I'll keep them distracted for a while, they came on horseback, and they aren't far. If you can get to one, I can give you a clear opening and a head start." - Asim

"Find him...and find a safe place. Leave maladh if you have to." - Asim

"I'll protect him. I promise" - Niraya

"I know you will, you'll protect him better than anyone else ever could." - Asim

As she looks down crying, thinking, and wishing it didn't have to come to this, she wipes her tears then claps her hands and focuses all of her energy to the center knowing what it'll cost.

"I love you Niraya" - Asim

"The priority is the ambrias. Retrieve it at all costs! We'll take care of the-...?"

When lightning begins to shoot to all area's from the protective bubble Asim created earlier

"She's-"

"RUN! GET BACK!"

When Asim creates a distraction, Niraya escapes with a horse and starts to drift off to slumber.

-Flashback-

"Is he still sleeping?"

"...yeah..."

"Be patient, he's just a baby. Babies sleep a lot."

"I know...I just hope he wakes up soon"

"What's the hurry?"

"There's no hurry...I just want to talk to him. Just a little"

"well...talk to him now. It's not like he can talk back yet."

"I don't want to wake him up...he's tired"

"you were just- never mind, he needs to wake up to eat. So go ahead and wake him."

"there he is, he's- Nira! Nira look at him"

"I see him"

"he's so cute...so little...Nira! He's holding my hand! Did you see?"

"Nanai...Nanai" - Asim

-End fo flashback-

Then Niraya wakes up and just to see her house on fire, scared she went as fast as she could to check to see if Nanai was ok.

"Please, please, please...I can't lose you too" - Niraya

"Nanai! Nanai!"

As she yelled for her son she heard some sobs coming from behind some bricks. when she broke through to check, she saw Nanai with his eyes closed, crying, trembling, in fear as she tries to comfort him and tells him it's going to be ok.

"Shhh...it's alright"

Then she helps him out from the bricks and takes him into her arm

"there, it's alright now. Dry your tears"

"we'll be okay"

"I promise"
