The expression "You are a star" is frequently used to express admiration for someone, suggesting that they are a representation of wonder and beauty. Everyone is meant by the title, not just one particular person. The stars on the piece are still being admired despite their variations in size and shape. No matter how they appear, all people are viewed as beautiful, which is why the stars in the artwork represent humans. The rainbow background symbolises inclusivity, diversity, and how all humans should be treated equally.
