Dream

I’ve stared at the briny waves undulate for hours-

the shallow turquoise sparks, twinkling under my eyes.

Blessed with rays of sunlight above me-

under me is rich, emerald grass.

Whispers in my ear as the soft breeze fades-

white, gentle wisps, floating side to side.

A phenomenon to capture-

a lifetime, to seek.
